This is the Heavy Duty Hand Gripper by Lift Heavy Fitness. The product appears to be well made and is quiet which is nice for when you want to watch some TV and get a work out in. It's also adjustable which is nice if you want to share with an untrained individual. On the flip side I'm skeptical about the weight/force it claims is required to close them. I found it odd that I can max these out for reps just out the box. The purpose for me buying this is to strengthen my grip so that I can reduce muzzle flip when shooting stronger calibers like 10mm. I will be purchasing the official Captains of Crush which I have linked below for a more challenging grip strengthening aid.
